Order Processing Time

When can I expect to receive my order?

How do I track my order? 

When orders are completed, an email containing a tracking number is sent to the email address provided at checkout. If you do not have a tracking number, or are having an issue with tracking. Please email us and we will be happy to help you out!

I want to add to my order but I submitted and paid for shipping, what can I do?

If your order hasn't been shipped yet, just send us an email and we will combine your order and refund you for your second shipping charge.

  • First Class and standard international shipping are uninsured. Please note, if your package becomes lost with one of the economy shipping options, we are not responsible for refunding/canceling the order. You will need to reach out to your local postal service to locate your package.

  • Expedited shipping options (UPS/DHL and Priority) all come with insurance. If your package becomes lost with an expedited shipping option, it would be best to reach out to the carrier to process a claim.

  • If the package is returned to sender or needs to be re-shipped for any reason, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.

  • - I am not responsible for damaged products due to shipping. I package orders with care to ensure no breakage. If a product is damaged, contact my email NoelleEarrings@gmail.com with a photo and the order number and I will determine if I will replace the product. 

International Shipping (Canada)

International shipments may be subject to fees and/or duties upon arrival that WyntersEnd Workshop is not responsible for. We are not responsible for missing or delayed packages. USPS may or may not provide extended tracking for international shipments. Please know that when you place an order from outside the US, you are assuming all risks of international shipping.
