Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products and the fact that a majority of our merchandise consists of handmade jewelry, we do not accept returns. All sales are final. Refunds are only available for goods that were received damaged and are decided on a case-by-case basis.

Once you have placed your order, we are responsible for shipping your item/s and providing you with tracking information. However, we are not responsible for lost packages once the order has been dropped off for shipment and tracking has been provided. After USPS has received the packages from me, anything that happens to them is out of my control. Please note that the tracking number we provide to you via email after your purchase is the same one we use to track your package.

  • If the package is returned to sender or needs to be re-shipped for any reason, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.

Cancellations are not typically offered after your order has been placed. However, if you would like to change or update something about your order, such as the email or shipping address, please let us know, and we will be happy to assist you.

DISCLAIMER: Due to the handmade nature of our products, small flaws or imperfections may be present. We feel that these details make each piece even more unique, as no two pieces are exactly identical. Additionally, most flaws are minor and are usually visible in the product pictures provided. Colors may vary slightly from those pictured as lighting and/or differences in screen display may affect how the colors are both presented and perceived. We try to take photos that are as true to color as possible, but slight variations may be noticeable upon receipt of the product.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Documentation is required for defective or damaged goods by way of photos so we can see what the damage is and make the appropriate determination and solution for your situation. We put lots of love and care into our work and want to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. We are humans, so please let us know any and all details you can about the issue so that we can fix them, if possible.

Treat 3D prints and polymer clay jewelry mindfully because while they are durable, they are not indestructible and can be damaged or broken if not handled properly and used with care.

*Please be aware of the materials listed in the description when ordering. Please note that brass can tarnish. We will not replace or refund items for tarnishing or for allergic reactions to metals. If an item arrives damaged, please email us right away!

Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and jewelry, due to health and safety reasons. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
Typically not offered unless determined otherwise, on a case-by-case basis.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your refund request (and the required documentation on damaged goods received) and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
